What ages is the Mighty Warriors program for?+
Mighty Warriors is our parent-and-me program for toddlers 18 months to 2 years old. It is the very first step on the Warrior path: a safe, joyful introduction to movement, structure, and the Warrior family, with you right there on the mat.
Do I stay on the mat with my child?+
Yes. Mighty Warriors is a true parent-and-me class: you move through every activity alongside your toddler. Your presence is what makes a brand-new little one feel safe enough to try, and the bonding is half the magic.
How does the free intro class work?+
Your free intro at our Somerset studio is a warm, welcoming first class for you and your toddler together. About 45 minutes: a studio tour, a real Mighty Warriors class, plenty of high-fives, and an honest conversation about whether it is the right fit for your child right now.
My toddler has never done anything structured before. Is that okay?+
Completely. Almost every Mighty Warrior is brand new to it. Our coaches meet your child exactly where they are: some run straight in, some cling to you for a few classes, and both are perfectly normal. All equipment is provided.
