Middlesex and Dunellen share a border, and our Dunellen studio is about five minutes up Route 28 from the middle of the borough. We teach taekwondo and kickboxing-based martial arts to children from 18 months to 11, every day of the week.

Do you teach karate near Middlesex?
Our classes are taekwondo and kickboxing-based striking, which covers the stances, blocks, punches, and kicks most parents picture when they say karate. The belt system works the same way. All of it happens at the Dunellen studio, 2.5 miles from the center of Middlesex.
Can my 4-year-old and 8-year-old train on the same day?
Yes. On Wednesdays, Mini Warriors (ages 3 to 4) starts at 4:10 PM and Warriors (ages 7 to 9) follows at 5:05 PM, so both children can train in one trip to Dunellen.
What is the earliest weekend class?
Saturday opens with Mini Warriors at 8:15 AM. Sunday opens with Mighty Warriors (18 months to 2) at 8:30 AM. In both classes a parent is on the mat with the child.
How do I spot the studio on North Avenue?
Look for Family Dollar. We are right next door at 177 North Ave, less than half a mile after Bound Brook Road becomes North Avenue.
