What does the free first class include?
A private 45-minute lesson with a head coach. Your child learns a real technique, breaks a board they get to keep, and you get a tour and a plan built around your child.
Is there a Monday class for a toddler?
Yes. Mighty Warriors (18 months to 2) meets Monday at 4:10 PM, and again on Sunday at 8:30 AM. A parent is on the mat for the whole class.
Does my child need a uniform for the first class?
No. Comfortable clothes they can move in and bare feet are all they need.
Which class is right for a 9-year-old?
Warriors, which covers ages 7 to 9. When your child turns 10, they move up to Leaders, the weekday 6:55 PM class.
