By using the Warrior Martial Arts website (the “Site”) or our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Warrior Martial Arts provides martial arts instruction for children and adults, including intro classes, ongoing programs, belt curriculum, events, and related activities at our New Jersey studios. Class schedules, programs, and offerings may change over time.

Enrollment, membership terms, pricing, and payment arrangements are handled per studio. The specific terms of your membership — including billing, length of commitment, and cancellation — are provided to you at the time of signup and govern your enrollment.

Martial arts is a physical activity. Participation involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury. By enrolling and participating, you acknowledge and accept those risks.

A separate waiver and release is signed before participation. That waiver, along with your membership terms, governs the specific terms of participation.

We expect students, parents, and guests to treat our coaches, staff, fellow students, and facilities with respect. We may decline service or end a membership for conduct that is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to our community.

The content on this Site — including text, images, graphics, curriculum descriptions, logos, and the Warrior Martial Arts name and marks — is owned by or licensed to Warrior Martial Arts and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or marks without our written permission.

Our Site may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Visiting them is at your own discretion.

The Site and our services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we work hard to help every student grow, we do not guarantee any specific result, outcome, or level of achievement from participation in our programs.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Warrior Martial Arts and its owners, coaches, and staff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services. Nothing in these terms limits any rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
