Do I need any experience to start kickboxing?+

None at all. Most of our adults walk in with zero martial arts background. Every class is scalable to your fitness level — our coaches meet you exactly where you are and build from there. All equipment is provided for your first free class.

How does the free intro class work?+

Your free intro at South Plainfield is a real adult kickboxing class — a warm-up, technique, bag work, and an honest conversation about your goals afterward. About an hour. No experience needed, and all gear is provided — your first class is free.
