The Rising Warriors program bridges the gap between our preschool and school-age programs. Designed for children 5 to 6 years old, this class builds on foundational skills with more structured technique training, increased physical challenges, and the beginning of our leadership curriculum. Students develop the discipline and confidence that carries directly into kindergarten and first grade success.
One-hour classes with a clear structure: warm-up, technique drills, partner work, and cool-down. Students begin learning forms (poomsae) and sparring basics. Belt testing every 2–3 months celebrates progress and builds goal-setting skills.
